January 13

Had a wonderful night with my daughter and son-in-law, Tory and Chris, friend Bill Rupp, and wife, Kathy. We played games (Password and Scattergories) until midnight. Fun just kicking back and laughing. Went on a great walk with my scummie, Big Buck. Nice to see him and catch up. Later my buddy Barry stopped by and helped me cut up some wood in the backyard. Traveled to Albany to have some lunch at Costco with my mom. Enjoyed reading the comments on my blog. Spicy food does sound good, Linda. Problem is that I never know if it is going to taste good. I just want to get off this medicine and get my taste back. Thank you all for checking on me.

Isn't it great that Costco is as good as a membership to the Courthouse (exercise and social time), plus cheaper if you don't buy anything! By the way, do you want my class to adopt you because we need all the help we can get in reaching 3000 miles before the end of the school year. Bill is having everyone walk across America by the end of the year and we only have 700 some odd miles. So if you want I can add all of your miles to our class count. We were told we could adopt anyone we wanted. Well, it's always good to here how you are doing. Talk to you later. Debbie

Ron, I have some humor and entertainment for you between Costco and your walks. Go to Google and type in bike wrecks. It will give you a bunch of videos to check out. Are these people for real or what? Laughter is great medicine, as you well know. Have a great day! Harold

Good Morning, Mom and Dad! It is wonderful to hear about the games you were able to play with Tory, Chris, and Bill. Very disappointed that I do not know who the big winner was. Am hoping that you can bring Password up on Wednesday. Amber and I want a rematch against you and Tiffany, or another pair. Figure that we may be waiting awhile, so it would be good to keep our minds occupied. I love you both very much, and am always thinking of you. Talk to you soon!

Ronald,

I also love your Costco gym like membership. My father and I had a chuckle about how Costco can turn into a 3 hour experience and h ow you guys have that place down to a science.

I ran the PF Changs Rock & Roll 1/2 Marathon on Sunday and came at 1hr, 59min and 3 seconds. It is so amazing how a 13.1 mile run can come down to 57 seconds which was my goal to break 2 hours :). Can't wait to get running one of these with you soon.

Have a great day! Brad Jr.
